Your responsibilities

- You will help to achieve our growth goals by recruiting top sales talents 
- You will take responsibility for all active sourcing initiatives required to fill sales-focused positions
- You know exactly where to find the relevant target group and constantly develop new and unconventional ideas for actively addressing them
- You are responsible for the entire end-to end recruitment process: Your goal is a positive candidate experience (from the job posting to the selection process to the hiring decision)
- You are responsible for maintaining the career networks as well as other specific portals to present our company with the help of your expertise in employer branding and personnel marketing 


Your profile

- You have successfully completed a degree with a focus relevant to human resources or a comparable educational background
- You are an expert in Sales-Recruiting, you have several years of experience with sales recruiting and have demonstrably filled especially Senior Sales Positions
- You are up for a startup climate in a fast-growing company that is constantly trying out new ideas
- When it comes to active sourcing on e.g. LinkedIn, Xing and Indeed, no one can fool you based on your experience
- You have very good English skills that complete your profile
